DOOR LOCK KEY HOLE COVER INTEGRATED OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is an outside door handle assembly with an integrated door lock key hole cover which separates a key hole cover from a handle body by a simple operation without pivot-rotating the handle body to the outside by gripping the handle body. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the outside door handle assembly with an integrated door lock key hole cover is mounted on a handle mounting unit to be pivoted and moved in a door for a vehicle including a door lock assembly mounted on one side of the handle mounting unit of a door outer panel and provided with a key hole into which a key is inserted, and comprises: (i) a handle body mounted on the other side of the handle mounting unit to be pivot-rotated through one end thereof, and installed to protrude from the handle mounting unit forwards to the outside in a width direction of a vehicle; (ii) a key hole cover which is detachably arranged on the outer surface of the other end of the handle body corresponding to the door lock assembly, and selectively opens and closes the key hole of the door lock assembly; and (iii) a fastening unit which fastens the other end of the handle body and the key hole cover, and is arranged on the key hole cover and the outer surface of the other end of the handle body to release the key hole cover from the outside of a skin surface of the door outer panel.
도어 록 키홀 커버 일체형 아웃사이드 도어 핸들 조립체가 개시된다. 개시된 본 발명의 예시적인 일 실시 예에 따른 도어 록 키홀 커버 일체형 아웃사이드 도어 핸들 조립체는, 키가 꽂혀지는 키 홀을 가지며 도어 아웃터 패널의 핸들 장착부 일측에 장착되는 도어 록 어셈블리를 포함하는 차량용 도어에서, 핸들 장착부에 피봇 운동 가능하게 장착되는 것으로서, ⅰ)핸들 장착부의 다른 일측에 한쪽 단부를 통하여 피봇 회전 가능하게 장착되며, 핸들 장착부에서 차량의 폭 방향을 따른 전방 외측으로 돌출되게 설치되는 핸들 본체와, ⅱ)도어 록 어셈블리에 대응하는 핸들 본체의 다른 한쪽 단부의 외측 면에 착탈 가능하게 구비되며, 도어 록 어셈블리의 키 홀을 선택적으로 개폐하는 키홀 커버와, ⅲ)핸들 본체의 다른 한쪽 단부와 키홀 커버를 체결하며, 도어 아웃터 패널의 스킨 면 외측에서 키홀 커버의 체결을 해제하도록 핸들 본체의 다른 한쪽 단부의 외측 면 및 키홀 커버에 구비되는 체결유닛을 포함할 수 있다.

Disclosed is an outside door handle assembly with an integrated door lock key hole cover which separates a key hole cover from a handle body by a simple operation without pivot-rotating the handle body to the outside by gripping the handle body. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the outside door handle assembly with an integrated door lock key hole cover is mounted on a handle mounting unit to be pivoted and moved in a door for a vehicle including a door lock assembly mounted on one side of the handle mounting unit of a door outer panel and provided with a key hole into which a key is inserted, and comprises: (i) a handle body mounted on the other side of the handle mounting unit to be pivot-rotated through one end thereof, and installed to protrude from the handle mounting unit forwards to the outside in a width direction of a vehicle; (ii) a key hole cover which is detachably arranged on the outer surface of the other end of the handle body corresponding to the door lock assembly, and selectively opens and closes the key hole of the door lock assembly; and (iii) a fastening unit which fastens the other end of the handle body and the key hole cover, and is arranged on the key hole cover and the outer surface of the other end of the handle body to release the key hole cover from the outside of a skin surface of the door outer panel.
