Dry floor heating system having tiles or blicks
The present invention relates to a dry floor heating system having a tile or a brick. According to the present invention, the biggest reason why a heating material, such as an excel tube, a metal tube, a cable, etc. having a round or long line shape of a heater cannot be constructed in a dry construction method is a space generated between heaters when the heater is installed on an insulating material as shown in FIG. 4, such that all loads coming from above press the heater, and thus an installation cannot be performed. According to the present invention, in order to solve all disadvantages when a heating material, such as an excel tube, a metal tube, a cable, etc. having a round or long line shape of a heater is constructed in a dry construction method, a heating wire (1) is installed as shown in FIG. 7, and a created space is filled with various bricks (2) made of a tile, cement or soil.
지금까지 히터의 모양이 둥글거나 긴 줄 형태를 가지고 있는 엑셀 관, 금속관, 케이블 등의 난방용 자재를 건식 시공법으로 시공할 수 없었던 가장 큰 이유는 도 4와 같이 단열재위에 히터를 설치했을 때 히터와 히터 사이에 공간이 생기고 이 때문에 위에서 누르는 모든 하중이 히터를 누르게 되어 설치 자체가 불가능했다. 본 발명에서는 상기 히터의 모양이 둥글거나 긴 줄 형태를 가지고 있는 엑셀 관, 금속관, 케이블 등의 난방용 자재를 건식 시공법으로 시공할 때 나타나는 모든 단점을 해결하기 위하여, 도 7과 같이 열선(1)을 설치하고, 만들어지는 공간을 타일이나 시멘트나 흙 등으로 만든이다.
