Preventing falling down band of pneumatic movable weir
The present invention relates to an overturn prevention band of a pneumatic movable beam, and more specifically, to an overturn prevention band of a pneumatic movable beam, wherein a steel wire is provided in a band body made of a synthetic rubber material to prevent an overturn prevention band from being stretched, and a reinforcing fiber is arranged at upper and lower sides of the steel wire so as to prevent, when a partial load is generated at a portion at which the overturn prevention band is fixated, the steel wire from protruding to the outside of the band body and a material from being dislocated. To this end, the overturn prevention band of the present invention has one side end fixated to a movable panel of a movable beam by means of a first fixating unit and the other side end connected to the floor surface by means of a second fixating unit, in order to prevent the movable panel from being completely rotated and overturned in the opposite direction to the flow of water due to change in the volume of a rubber tube. In particular, the present invention comprises: a band body made of a synthetic rubber material; a plurality of steel wires which are installed to be buried in the band body, and are arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the width direction of the band body, in order to prevent the overturn prevention band from being stretched above an adequate limit; and a reinforcing fiber which is buried in the band body, and is located to be spaced apart at upper and lower sides of the steel wires in order to prevent the steel wires from being exposed to the outside of the band body when tension force is generated.
본 발명은 공압식 가동보의 전도방지밴드에 관한 것으로, 합성고무재질로 이루어진 밴드몸체의 내부에 스틸와이어를 구비하여 전도방지밴드가 늘어나는 것을 방지해주도록하고 스틸와이어의 상 하측에 보강섬유를 배치하여 전도방지밴드가 고정된 부분에서의 국부하중 발생시 스틸와이어가 밴드몸체의 외측으로 돌출되어 재료가 분리되는 것을 방지하도록 하는 공압식 가동보의 전도방지밴드를 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 가동보의 가동패널에 1측단이 제1고정부를 통해 고정되고 타측단은 바닥면에 제2고정부를 통해 연결되어 고무튜브의 부피변화에 의해 가동패널이 물의 흐름의 반대방향으로 완전히 회전되어 전도되는 것을 방지해주는 전도방지밴드에 있어서, 합성고무재질로 이루어지는 밴드몸체; 상기 밴드몸체의 내부에 매립되도록 설치되고 밴드몸체의 폭 방향을 따라 상호 이격되도록 배치되어 전도방지밴드가 적정 한계 이상은 늘어나지 않도록 하는 다수의 스틸와이어; 상기 밴드몸체의 내부에 매립되되, 상기 스틸와이어의 상측 및 하측으로 이격되도록 위치하여 인장력 발생시 스틸와이어가 밴드몸체를 외측으로 노출되는 것을 방지해주는 보강섬유 포함하여 구성된 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.

The present invention relates to an overturn prevention band of a pneumatic movable beam, and more specifically, to an overturn prevention band of a pneumatic movable beam, wherein a steel wire is provided in a band body made of a synthetic rubber material to prevent an overturn prevention band from being stretched, and a reinforcing fiber is arranged at upper and lower sides of the steel wire so as to prevent, when a partial load is generated at a portion at which the overturn prevention band is fixated, the steel wire from protruding to the outside of the band body and a material from being dislocated. To this end, the overturn prevention band of the present invention has one side end fixated to a movable panel of a movable beam by means of a first fixating unit and the other side end connected to the floor surface by means of a second fixating unit, in order to prevent the movable panel from being completely rotated and overturned in the opposite direction to the flow of water due to change in the volume of a rubber tube.
