STEEL PIPE PROPULSION EXCAVATION TUNNELING USING LIQUID NITROGEN
Disclosed is a steel pipe indentation excavation method using quick freezing. The steel pipe indentation excavation method using quick freezing of the present invention includes: a first penetrating step of allowing a steel pipe casing to penetrate into an excavation cavity while horizontally excavating the ground by an auger screw; a freezing step of quickly freezing the ground in front of the excavation cavity by moving liquid nitrogen through a hollow rotating shaft of the auger screw; and a second penetrating step of allowing the steel pipe casing to penetrate into the excavation cavity while horizontally excavating the quickly frozen ground by the auger screw. According to the present invention, in the steel pipe indentation excavation method using quick freezing, underground water can be quickly shielded in case of excavation, strength of the surrounding ground can be increased, the possibility of collision generation can be decreased, and there are no environment destruction and disturbance of the surrounding ground.
급속 냉동을 이용한 강관압입굴착공법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 급속 냉동을 이용한 강관압입굴착공법은, 오거스크류로 지반을 수평굴착하면서 굴착 공동에 강관케이싱을 관입시키는 제1 관입단계; 오거스크류의 중공회전축을 통해 액체질소를 이동시켜 굴착 공동의 앞쪽 지반을 급속동결시키는 동결단계; 및 오거스크류로 급속동결된 지반을 수평굴착하면서 굴착 공동에 강관케이싱을 관입시키는 제2 관입단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 굴착시 지하수의 급속 차수가 가능하고, 주변 지반의 강성이 증가하며, 붕괴 발생 가능성이 작아지고, 주변지반의 환경파괴 및 교란이 없도록 이루어지는 급속 냉동을 이용한 강관압입굴착공법을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
