The present invention relates to a floorboard using a natural antibacterial adhesive, and a method for manufacturing a floorboard (300) using a natural antibacterial adhesive. The method of the present invention comprises: an adhesive application process (S101) of applying, to a hardwood panel (320), a natural antibacterial adhesive (100) including a cinnamon concentrate (110) formed in a solution or gel state by concentrating an extract extracted from cinnamon having antibacterial activity; a sheet bonding process (S102) of bonding the hardwood panel (320) applied with the natural antibacterial adhesive (100) to a sheet panel (330) to each other; a panel bonding process (S103) of bonding the hardwood panels (320) applied with a water-soluble adhesive (120) to each other in a grid form in a grain direction; an adhesive drying process (S104) of drying the natural antibacterial adhesive (100) and the water-soluble adhesive (120) of the bonded hardwood panels (320); a cutting process (S301) of cutting a floor baseboard (301); and a coupling part forming process (S302) formed with a coupling protrusion (310) at one side of the floor baseboard (301) cut to be constructed in a building by being fitted to each other. Therefore, according to the present invention, contamination and deformation due to moisture can be prevented for a long time, and also, odor and mold are suppressed. Also, antibacterial properties are provided to suppress decomposition.
본 발명은 천연 항균 접착제를 이용한 마루판에 관한 것 으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 항균력을 지니는 계피에서 추출된 추출액을 농축하여 졸(sol) 상태 내지 겔(gel) 상태로 만든 계피 농축액(110)을 포함한 천연 항균 접착제(100)를 원목 패널(320)에 도포하는 접착제 도포(S101)과정과, 천연 항균 접착제(100)를 도포한 원목 패널(320)과 시트 패널(330)을 서로 접착하는 시트 접착(S102)과정과, 수용성 접착제(120)를 도포한 복수개의 원목 패널(320)의 결방향을 따라 서로 격자 형식으로 접착하는 패널 접착(S103)과정과, 접착된 복수개의 원목 패널(320)의 천연 항균 접착제(100)와 수용성 접착제(120)를 건조하는 접착 건조(S104)과정과, 마루 원판(301)을 재단하는 재단(S301)과정과, 복수개의 재단된 마루 원판(301)을 서로 끼워 건물에 시공할 수 있도록 재단된 마루 원판(301)의 일측에 결합돌기(310)를 형성하고, 그 타측에는 결합요홈(311)을 형성하여 마루판(300)을 완성하는 결합부 형성 과정(S302)을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 항균 접착제를 이용한 마루판(300)의 제조방법과 그 마루판에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 원 발명에 의하면 습기에 의한 오염과 변형을 장시간 방지할 뿐만 아니라 악취와 곰팡이를 억제하는 한 편, 항균 성분이 있으므로 부패하거나 곰팡이가 생기는 것을 억제하는 효과가 있다.
