- Manufacturing method of aluminum nitride-yttria composite ceramics
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing aluminum nitride-yttria composite ceramics, which comprises the following steps: mixing AlN powder, Y_2O_3 powder, and MgO powder in a solvent to form slurry; drying the slurry to form composite powder; molding the composite powder; and sintering a molded material. According to the present invention, MgO powder is added to increase resistance by a grain boundary, thereby manufacturing aluminum nitride-yttria composite ceramics with high overall electric resistance.
본 발명은, AlN 분말, YO분말 및 MgO 분말을 용매에 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 슬러리를 건조하여 복합분말을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 복합분말을 성형하는 단계 및 성형된 결과물을 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, MgO 분말을 첨가함으로써 입계(grain boundary)에 의한 저항을 증가시켜 전체적으로 전기저항이 높은 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스를 제조할 수 있다.
