Curing and Soundproofing Sheet in Gang Form
The present invention relates to a gang form curing and soundproof sheet, which is configured to block an opening part of a building such as an apartment at a construction site, thereby preventing diffusion of dust generated during a construction process and minimizing noise, and configured to minimize the release of heat in the process of curing an internal structure in winter, thereby shortening a construction period and preventing the occurrence of civil complaints caused due to dust or noise. The gang form curing and soundproof sheet comprises: a square main body (10) formed wider than an opening part of a building to block the opening part of the building; an edge member (20) installed along an edge of the main body (10) to maintain the exterior shape of the main body (10) and cause the main body (10) to block the opening part with a constant tension; a lighting window (40) installed vertically on an intermediate portion of the main body (10). The main body (10) comprises: a mesh-type dust blocking net (11) in which warp and weft yarns are arranged at regular intervals to prevent dust generated during the construction from being diffused to the outside; and an insulating member (12) overlappingly arranged on the dust blocking net (11) so as to prevent heat inside a construction site from escaping to the outside and prevent noise generated during the construction from spreading to the outside.
본 발명은 아파트 등의 공사 현장에서 건축물의 개구부를 막아줌으로써 공사 과정에서 발생하는 먼지의 발산을 방지하고 소음을 최소화함과 아울러 겨울철 내부 구조물을 양생하는 과정에서 열이 빠져나가는 것을 최소화함으로써 공기를 단축하고 먼지나 소음으로 인한 민원 발생을 방지할 수 있도록 한 갱폼 보양 방음막에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 개구부를 막아주도록 건축물의 개구부보다 넓게 형성되는 사각 형상의 본체(10)와; 상기 본체(10)의 외형을 유지하고 상기 본체(10)가 일정한 장력으로 개구부를 막아주도록 상기 본체(10)의 가장자리를 따라 설치되는 테두리부재(20)와; 상기 본체(10)의 중간 부분에 세로 방향으로 설치되는 채광창(40);을 포함하고, 상기 본체(10)는 공사 도중 발생하는 먼지가 외부로 발산되지 않도록 경사와 위사가 일정 간격으로 배치된 메쉬 형태의 먼지 차단망(11)과, 공사장 내부의 열기가 외부로 빠져나가지 않도록 함과 아울러 공사 도중 발생하는 소음이 외부로 퍼져나가지 않도록 상기 먼지 차단망(11)에 겹쳐지게 배치되는 단열부재(12)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
