One-touch typed hub connector of geodesic dome
The present invention relates to a geodesic dome hub connector (10) for connecting a plurality of bars (1), which comprises: a hub body (20) which is formed in a disc shape with upper and lower flat portions, has a plurality of insertion grooves (21) disposed on a side surface thereof to be concave inward in a radial direction, and has a through hole (22) formed in an upper surface thereof to communicate with each insertion groove (21); a one-touch connector (30) detachably provided on the insertion groove (21) of the hub body (20) and including a front end having the bar (1) coupled thereto in a one-touch manner; and a fixing screw (70) which is coupled to the through hole (22) of the hub body (20), and presses a circumferential surface of the one-touch connector (30) or passes through the circumferential surface of the one-touch connector (30) to fix the one-touch connector (30) to the insertion groove (21) of the hub body (20). The one-touch connector (30) includes: a connection end pipe (40) detachably coupled to the insertion groove (21) of the hub body (20); an elastic pressurizing ring (50) which is fixed to an inner circumferential surface of a front end portion of the connection end pipe (40), and is obliquely disposed to have an inner diameter decreasing in one direction so that the bar (1) inserted therein can be inserted in one direction and can be prevented from separated in the other direction; and a push ring (60) which is coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the front end portion of the connection end pipe (40) so as to move forward and backward, and pushes the elastic pressurizing ring (50) in one direction while advancing, so that the inner diameter of the elastic pressurizing ring (50) is expanded.
본 발명은 다수의 바(1)를 연결시켜주는 지오데식 돔의 허브커넥터(10)에 있어서, 상하 납작한 원반형으로 이루어지며, 측면에는 반경방향 내측으로 오목한 복수개의 삽입홈(21)이 방사상으로 배치되고, 상면에는 각 삽입홈(21)과 연통되는 통공(22)이 형성된 허브바디(20); 상기 허브바디(20)의 삽입홈(21)에 착탈가능하게 구비되며 선단에는 상기 바(1)가 원터치 방식으로 결합되는 원터치연결구(30); 및 상기 허브바디(20)의 통공(22)에 결합되어 원터치연결구(30)의 둘레면을 가압하거나 또는 원터치연결구(30)의 둘레면을 관통하여 원터치연결구(30)를 허브바디(20)의 삽입홈(21)에 고정시키는 고정나사(70);를 포함하며, 상기 원터치연결구(30)는, 상기 허브바디(20)의 삽입홈(21)에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 연결단관(40); 상기 연결단관(40)의 선단부 내주면에 고정되며, 내부로 삽입되는 바(1)의 일방향으로의 삽입은 가능하나 타방향으로의 이탈은 방지하도록 일방향으로 갈수록 내경이 작아지도록 경사지게 배치된 탄성가압링(50); 및 상기 연결단관(40)의 선단부 내주면에 전후진가능하게 결합되며 전진하면서 탄성가압링(50)을 일방향으로 밀어주어 탄성가압링(50)의 내경을 확장시키는 푸시링(60);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원터치 지오데식 돔의 허브커넥터이다.
