Rebar coupler having sequential insert assembling structure
The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar coupler having a sequential insert assembly structure. The reinforcing bar coupler having a sequential insert assembly structure comprises: a body accommodating a reinforcing bar inserted through an inlet on the front, and having a coupling part on the rear and, inside, a stopping protrusion and a taper surface part having an inner diameter decreasing towards the front; a guide unit which is simultaneously supported on the taper surface unit and the stopping protrusion and guides a subsequent assembly component to the taper surface unit; a plurality of locking pins inserted into the body from the rear of the body, guided by the previously mounted guide unit to be guided to the taper surface unit, spread when inserting a reinforcing bar to enclose the reinforcing bar, and moved and tightened towards the inlet when pulling the reinforcing bar out of the body to grip and fix the reinforcing bar; a spring to elastically press the locking pins; and a support member which is coupled to the rear end of the body and supports the spring. The reinforcing bar coupler having the above sequential insert assembly structure can be quickly and easily assembled to be easily disassembled and assembled as needed at a construction site to provide convenience. The reinforcing bar coupler is assembled by sequentially inserting some components into a housing instead of inserting the components into the housing while the components are partially assembled. Therefore, the assembly can be automated.
본 발명은 순차 인서트 조립방식 구조를 갖는 철근 커플러에 관한 것이다. 이는, 전방의 입구를 통해 끼워진 철근을 수용하며 후방에는 결합부를 가지고, 내측에는 전방으로 갈수록 내경이 작아지는 테이퍼면부 및 걸림턱이 형성되어 있는 바디와; 상기 걸림턱 및 테이퍼면부에 동시 지지되며 후속 조립 부속을 상기 테이퍼면부로 가이드 하는 유도부와; 상기 바디의 후방으로부터 바디 내부로 삽입되면서, 기 장착되어 있는 상기 유도부에 의해 가이드 되어 테이퍼면부 측으로 안내되고, 철근의 삽입시 벌어져 철근을 둘러싸고 철근을 바디 외부로 인장할 때 상기 입구측으로 움직이며 조여져 철근을 물어 고정하는 다수의 록킹핀과; 상기 록킹핀을 탄력 가압하는 스프링과; 상기 바디의 후단부에 결합하며 스프링을 지지하는 지지부재를 포함한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 순차 인서트 조립방식 구조를 갖는 철근 커플러는, 신속하고 용이한 조립이 가능하여 시공 현장에도 필요에 따라 쉽게 분해 및 조립할 수 있어 편리하다. 또한, 일부 부품을 조립한 상태로 하우징에 삽입하는 것이 아니라, 하우징내에 단지 순차적으로 삽입함으로써 조립이 이루어지므로 조립의 자동화가 가능하다.

The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar coupler having a sequential insert assembly structure. The reinforcing bar coupler having a sequential insert assembly structure comprises: a body accommodating a reinforcing bar inserted through an inlet on the front, and having a coupling part on the rear and, inside, a stopping protrusion and a taper surface part having an inner diameter decreasing towards the front; a guide unit which is simultaneously supported on the taper surface unit and the stopping protrusion and guides a subsequent assembly component to the taper surface unit; a plurality of locking pins inserted into the body from the rear of the body, guided by the previously mounted guide unit to be guided to the taper surface unit, spread when inserting a reinforcing bar to enclose the reinforcing bar, and moved and tightened towards the inlet when pulling the reinforcing bar out of the body to grip and fix the reinforcing bar; a spring to elastically press the locking pins; and a support member which is coupled to the rear end of the body and supports the spring. The reinforcing bar coupler having the above sequential insert assembly structure can be quickly and easily assembled to be easily disassembled and assembled as needed at a construction site to provide convenience. The reinforcing bar coupler is assembled by sequentially inserting some components into a housing instead of inserting the components into the housing while the components are partially assembled. Therefore, the assembly can be automated.
본 발명은 순차 인서트 조립방식 구조를 갖는 철근 커플러에 관한 것이다. 이는, 전방의 입구를 통해 끼워진 철근을 수용하며 후방에는 결합부를 가지고, 내측에는 전방으로 갈수록 내경이 작아지는 테이퍼면부 및 걸림턱이 형성되어 있는 바디와; 상기 걸림턱 및 테이퍼면부에 동시 지지되며 후속 조립 부속을 상기 테이퍼면부로 가이드 하는 유도부와; 상기 바디의 후방으로부터 바디 내부로 삽입되면서, 기 장착되어 있는 상기 유도부에 의해 가이드 되어 테이퍼면부 측으로 안내되고, 철근의 삽입시 벌어져 철근을 둘러싸고 철근을 바디 외부로 인장할 때 상기 입구측으로 움직이며 조여져 철근을 물어 고정하는 다수의 록킹핀과; 상기 록킹핀을 탄력 가압하는 스프링과; 상기 바디의 후단부에 결합하며 스프링을 지지하는 지지부재를 포함한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 순차 인서트 조립방식 구조를 갖는 철근 커플러는, 신속하고 용이한 조립이 가능하여 시공 현장에도 필요에 따라 쉽게 분해 및 조립할 수 있어 편리하다. 또한, 일부 부품을 조립한 상태로 하우징에 삽입하는 것이 아니라, 하우징내에 단지 순차적으로 삽입함으로써 조립이 이루어지므로 조립의 자동화가 가능하다.
