The present invention is to provide a silica-based powder-type coating waterproofing material and a waterproofing method using the same, wherein cement and silica (sand) are mixed with a high-grade fatty acid-based water repellent, and a powder-type re-emulsified waterproof polymer having excellent compatibility with cement and excellent adhesion and waterproof properties, so that water repellency and impermeability are simultaneously expressed. The waterproofing material is pre-mixed at a factory and only water is mixed at the site to achieve uniform material formulations and to make construction easy and simple, so the quality and performance of a waterproof layer can be secured.
본 발명은, 시멘트와 규사(모래)에 고급 지방산계 발수제와, 시멘트와의 융화성이 우수하고 접착성 및 방수성이 뛰어난 분말 형태의 재유화형 방수폴리머를 혼합하여 발수성과 불투수성이 동시에 발현되도록 하고, 방수재를 공장에서 미리 배합하고 현장에서는 물만 섞어서 사용하도록 하여 언제나 균일한 재료 배합이 이루어지고 시공도 용이하고 간편하여 방수층의 품질 및 성능을 확보할 수 있는, 규산질계 분말형 도포방수재 및 이를 이용한 방수시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
