The present invention relates to a culvert drain pipe burying machine attached to a tractor in which a chaff feeding part and a culvert pipe burying part can be lifted as one unit. According to an aspect of the present invention, the culvert drain pipe burying machine attached to a tractor in which a chaff feeding part and a culvert pipe burying part can be lifted as one unit comprises: a main frame which includes one or more drivable wheels, and is detachably mounted on a tractor; a pair of support frames rotatably mounted on the main frame to be erected or laid laterally on the main frame; a roller which is mounted on the support frames, and allows a culvert pipe to be wound thereon; a digging part arranged in front of the support frames; a driving part to lift the digging part; a storage tank to store contents therein; a discharge pipe to discharge the contents to a lower portion of the main frame; and a guide part to guide the culvert pipe unwound from the roller part behind the digging part to a burying position. The discharge pipe is integrally connected to the digging part to be lifted by the digging part.
