COLLET INTEGRATED COUPLER OF RIBBED STEEL BARS
The present invention relates to a collet-integrated ribbed reinforcing bar coupler and, more specifically, to a collet-integrated ribbed reinforcing bar coupler capable of easily and tightly connecting a ribbed reinforcing bar by enabling a collet (4) installed at both ends of a coupling body (1) to mechanically interfere with the outer diameter and joints (11) of the ribbed reinforcing bar when tightened with an integrated collet clamp (2). According to the present invention, in order to solve problems of an existing ribbed reinforcing bar connection method, the collet-integrated ribbed reinforcing bar coupler comprises: a coupler coupling body (1) attached to the surface of a ribbed reinforcing bar and including a collet (7, see FIG. 3) mechanically interfering by engaging joints of the ribbed reinforcing bar; and each collet clamp (2) elastically pressing a collet part of the coupling body when screws are tightened at both ends of the coupling body. Meanwhile, two kinds of three components are integrated in order not to be separated. Therefore, losses of components can be prevented and component management can be facilitated, construction efficiency on the site can be improved through rigid connection of ribbed reinforcing bars, and joint parts of ribbed reinforcing bars can be uniformly constructed and connection strength can be guaranteed, which can lead to an improvement in the quality and strength of a rebar concrete structure.
본 발명은 기계식 이형철근 이음장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 일체식으로 조립되어 있는 걸쇠 조임쇠(품번 2)로 조일 때, 고정몸체(품번 1) 양단에 설치된 걸쇠(부위 4)가 이형철근 외경 및 마디(부위 11)와 기계적으로 간섭되도록 하여, 이형철근을 용이하고 견고하게 연결하는 걸쇠 일체형 이형철근 이음장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 기존의 이형철근 이음방식이 가지는 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여, 이형철근의 표면과 밀착하고, 이형철근 마디를 걸어서 기계적으로 간섭하는 걸쇠(부위 7, 제3도 참조)가 양단에 설치된 이음장치 고정몸체(품번 1)와 고정몸체 양단에서 나사를 조일 때, 고정몸체의 걸쇠 부위를 탄성적으로 압박하는 각각의 걸쇠 조임쇠(품번 2)로 구성되나，2종 3개의 부품들이 분리되지 않도록 일체형으로 조립된 걸쇠 일체형 기계식 이형철근 이음장치를 제공함으로써 부품의 손, 망실 방지와 부품 관리를 용이하게 하고, 이형철근을 견고하게 연결할 수 있도록 하여 현장에서의 시공 능률을 향상시키며, 이형철근 이음부위를 균일하게 시공하고 연결 강도를 보증하여 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 품질 및 강도를 개선하고자 하는 것이다.

The present invention relates to a collet-integrated ribbed reinforcing bar coupler and, more specifically, to a collet-integrated ribbed reinforcing bar coupler capable of easily and tightly connecting a ribbed reinforcing bar by enabling a collet (4) installed at both ends of a coupling body (1) to mechanically interfere with the outer diameter and joints (11) of the ribbed reinforcing bar when tightened with an integrated collet clamp (2). According to the present invention, in order to solve problems of an existing ribbed reinforcing bar connection method, the collet-integrated ribbed reinforcing bar coupler comprises: a coupler coupling body (1) attached to the surface of a ribbed reinforcing bar and including a collet (7, see FIG. 3) mechanically interfering by engaging joints of the ribbed reinforcing bar; and each collet clamp (2) elastically pressing a collet part of the coupling body when screws are tightened at both ends of the coupling body. Meanwhile, two kinds of three components are integrated in order not to be separated. Therefore, losses of components can be prevented and component management can be facilitated, construction efficiency on the site can be improved through rigid connection of ribbed reinforcing bars, and joint parts of ribbed reinforcing bars can be uniformly constructed and connection strength can be guaranteed, which can lead to an improvement in the quality and strength of a rebar concrete structure.
본 발명은 기계식 이형철근 이음장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 일체식으로 조립되어 있는 걸쇠 조임쇠(품번 2)로 조일 때, 고정몸체(품번 1) 양단에 설치된 걸쇠(부위 4)가 이형철근 외경 및 마디(부위 11)와 기계적으로 간섭되도록 하여, 이형철근을 용이하고 견고하게 연결하는 걸쇠 일체형 이형철근 이음장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 기존의 이형철근 이음방식이 가지는 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여, 이형철근의 표면과 밀착하고, 이형철근 마디를 걸어서 기계적으로 간섭하는 걸쇠(부위 7, 제3도 참조)가 양단에 설치된 이음장치 고정몸체(품번 1)와 고정몸체 양단에서 나사를 조일 때, 고정몸체의 걸쇠 부위를 탄성적으로 압박하는 각각의 걸쇠 조임쇠(품번 2)로 구성되나，2종 3개의 부품들이 분리되지 않도록 일체형으로 조립된 걸쇠 일체형 기계식 이형철근 이음장치를 제공함으로써 부품의 손, 망실 방지와 부품 관리를 용이하게 하고, 이형철근을 견고하게 연결할 수 있도록 하여 현장에서의 시공 능률을 향상시키며, 이형철근 이음부위를 균일하게 시공하고 연결 강도를 보증하여 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 품질 및 강도를 개선하고자 하는 것이다.
