Eco-friendly liquid waterproofing composition preparing method for thereof and waterproofing method using the same
The present invention provides an eco-friendly liquid waterproofing agent, which comprises 4 to 15 wt% of organic fatty acids; 1 to 4 wt% of alkali; 0.5 to 1.5 wt% of antifoaming agent; 0.5 to 1.5 wt% of a preservative; 2 to 4 wt% of an emulsifier; and the remaining amount of water. Therefore, use of expensive synthetic resins or inorganic substances such as potassium silicate or silica is excluded. By mixing organic fatty acids and alkali which are easy to be purchased, it is possible to form a waterproof layer in concrete waterproofing of concrete or mortar, thereby reducing water permeability and water absorption of a structure.
본 발명은 유기 지방산 4 내지 15 중량%; 알칼리 1 내지 4 중량%; 소포제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량%; 방부제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량%; 유화제 2 내지 4 중량%; 및 잔량의 물;을 포함하는 액상 친환경 방수제를 제공한다. 따라서 고가의 합성수지나 규산칼륨 또는 실리카 등의 무기계 물질을 사용을 배제하고 구입하기 용이한 유기 지방산과 알칼리의 혼합으로 콘크리트 또는 모르타르의 구체방수에서 방수층을 형성하여 구조체의 투수성 및 흡수성을 감소시킬 수 있다.
