The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for removing an underwater sludge deposit, which can clean a wider space, if the technological idea is applied, to enhance work efficiency, whereas, in a prior art, an underwater sludge deposit removing apparatus can clean an underwater floor surface only within a moving range. According to the apparatus and method for removing an underwater sludge deposit, an upper body unit can rotate regardless of a lower body unit by installing a turntable at a connection portion between a lower body unit having a moving means under the water and an upper body floating on a water surface, the brush housing can clean the underwater floor surface while rotating and moving around a central shaft of the turntable and the boom can control the height, distance and slope of the brush housing by installing the boom on a front surface of the upper body unit and installing the brush housing at a tip end of the boom. In addition, a movement angle of the brush housing can be controlled when the brush housing rotates and moves around the turn table by arranging a separated rotating means even between the boom and the brush housing.
본 발명은 수중 오니퇴적물 제거장치 및 제거방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 수중 오니퇴적물 제거장치가 이동하는 범위만 수중 바닥면을 청소할 수 있었지만 본원의 기술사상을 적용하면 수중 오니퇴적물 제거장치가 보다 넓은 공간을 청소할 수 있도록 하여 작업의 효율을 높이고자 하는 것이다. 이에 본원에서는 수중에서 이동수단을 갖는 하체부와 수면위로 부상하는 상체부의 연결부위에 턴테이블을 설치하여 상체부가 하체부와 관계없이 회전할 수 있도록 하고 상체부의 전면에 붐을 설치하고 붐의 끝단에 브러시하우징을 설치함으로써, 브러시하우징이 턴테이블을 중심축으로 하여 회전이동하면서 수중 바닥면을 청소할 수 있도록 하고 붐이 브러시하우징의 높낮이, 거리, 기울기를 조절할 수 있는 수중 오니퇴적물 제거장치 및 제거방법에 관한 기술사상을 제공한다. 또한, 붐과 브러시하우징 사이에도 별도의 회전수단을 마련하여 브러시하우징이 턴테이블을 중심축으로 회전이동할 때 브러시하우징의 이동각도를 조절할 수 있는 수중 오니퇴적물 제거장치 및 제거방법에 관한 기술사상을 제공한다.
