Safety rails for evacuation of buildings with fire-proof doors
The present invention relates to an expandable safety railing for building evacuation with a fire barrier door. The expandable safety railing comprises: a veranda railing fixed to a veranda divided into one household and the other household with respect to a wall of a building, wherein a first emergency exit having one open end coming in contact with a wall of the one household and a second emergency exit having one open end coming in contact with a wall of the other household are formed; an expandable railing formed by a length from the first emergency exit to the second emergency exit to be placed in front of the veranda railing; a foldable foothold means installed to be foldable between the veranda railing and the expandable railing to form an evacuation passage, through which evacuees can move, by being unfolded from a folded state in interoperation with the expansion of the expandable railing; a side support means installed to be foldable on both open sides of the expandable railing and the veranda railing to support the expandable railing while protecting the evacuees in interoperation with the expansion of the expandable railing; and a fire barrier door installed in upper and lower door frames, which are fixed to upper and lower parts of the veranda railing fixed to both sides of the wall respectively, to suppress the spread of flames and fire gas to the outside by blocking a corresponding emergency exit where a fire occurs. Therefore, the expandable safety railing is capable of minimizing a loss of lives by enabling evacuees to evacuate to a safe household through an expanded evacuation passage in case of a fire, and blocking an emergency exit or an excavation passage with a fire barrier door, thereby preventing a fire from spreading as a secondary fire.
본 발명은 화재 차단문이 구비된 건물 대피용 전개식 안전난간에 관한 것으로서, 건물의 벽면을 기준으로 일측세대와 타측세대로 구분된 베란다에 각각 고정되되, 상기 일측세대 벽면과 접촉되는 일단이 개구된 제1비상구와 상기 타측세대 벽면과 접촉하는 일단이 개구된 제2비상구가 형성된 베란다난간과, 상기 제1비상구에서 제2비상구까지의 길이로 형성되어 베란다난간 전방에 배치되는 전개난간과, 상기 베란다난간과 전개난간 하부 사이에 절첩 가능하게 설치되어 전개난간이 전개시 연동되어 접힌상태에서 펼쳐져 대피자가 이동할 수 있는 대피통로가 형성되는 절첩식발판수단과, 상기 베란다난간과 전개난간의 개방된 양측면에 절첩 가능하게 설치되어 전개난간이 전개시 연동되어 대피자를 보호하는 동시에 전개난간을 지지하는 측면지지수단과, 상기 벽면 양측에 고정된 베란다난간의 상부와 하부에 각각 상부문틀과 하부문틀이 고정되고, 상기 상,하부문틀에 설치되어 화재가 발생한 해당 비상구를 차단하여 화염 및 화기가 외부로 확산됨을 억제하는 화재차단문으로 구성시켜, 화재발생 시 대피자가 전개된 대피통로를 통해 안전한 세대로 신속히 대피하여 인명피해를 최소화하고, 화재차단문으로 비상구 또는 대피통로를 차단함으로써, 화재가 2차화재로 확산되는 현상을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
