SOUNDPROOF PANEL TO IMPROVE SOUND ABSORPTION AND INSULATION
According to the present invention, when extruding synthetic wood into a soundproof panel, a sound insulation plate is integrated to enable two compartments, which are divided vertically, to be individually divided to the left and the right, so that the structural hardness of the soundproof panel can be reinforced and, occasionally, the soundproof panel is made to have sound insulation performance and sound absorption performance, or made to have only sound insulation performance, and thus, the soundproof panel can be used as a soundproof panel suitable for sound insulation performance and sound absorption performance required for a construction position. In particular, as the soundproof panel is formed to be penetrated by boring a second sound absorption hole on the sound insulation plate through a first sound absorption hole, the soundproof panel can obtain a variety of sound insulation performance and sound absorption performance through various combinations using the size of the second sound absorption hole as well as the first sound absorption hole with predetermined sound absorption performance.
본 발명은 합성 목재로 방음패널을 압출할 때 상하로 구획한 두 개의 격실에 대하여 각각 좌우로 구획할 수 있도록 차음판을 일체로 성형하므로, 방음패널의 구조적 강성을 보강하고, 때에 따라 이 차음판을 차음성능과 흡음 성능을 얻을 수 있게 하거나, 차음성능만 얻을 수 있게 구성하므로 시공 위치에서 요구하는 흡음 성능과 차음성능에 맞는 방음패널로 사용할 수 있게 한 흡·차음성능을 향상한 방음패널을 제공한다. 특히, 본 발명은 상기 차음판에 제1흡음 구멍을 통해 제2흡음 구멍을 뚫어서 관통 성형할 수 있게 구성하므로, 미리 정한 흡음 성능을 가진 제1흡음 구멍과 더불어 제2흡음 구멍의 크기 등을 통한 여러 가지 조합으로 다양한 흡음 성능과 차음성능을 얻을 수 있게 한 흡·차음성능을 향상한 방음패널을 제공한다.
