Band Apparatus for Main-Cable of Cable Stayed Bridges
The present invention relates to a band device for a main cable of a suspension bridge and, more specifically, to a band device for a main cable of a suspension bridge, which is capable of preventing damage to a cable by having excellent cutoff performance while securing a sufficient frictional force. According to the present invention, the band device for a main cable of a suspension bridge, which is used to connect a hanger cable and a main cable of a suspension bridge, includes: a pair of first bands placed at both ends of an unsheathed part of a main cable, respectively, to surround the unsheathed cable by a thickness which is thicker than the sheath of the cable, and made of a material which can be elastically transformed; a pair of second bands placed in a part, in which the first bands and the sheath of the cable meet, to surround the first bands and the sheath, and made of a thermal contraction film material; and a third band of a metal material surrounding the main cable in a state, in which an inner circumference surface of the third band comes in contact with the unsheathed cable and the first and second bands, and comprising at least two sections. The second bands surrounding the sheath of the cable and the first bands are contracted with applied heat and then, the third band is combined while elastically transforming the first bands.
본 발명은 현수교 주 케이블용 밴드 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 마찰력을 충분히 확보하면서도 차수 성능이 우수하여 케이블의 손상을 방지할 수 있는 현수교 주 케이블용 밴드 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 현수교의 주 케이블과 행어 케이블을 연결하기 위한 현수교 주 케이블용 밴드장치에 있어서, 주 케이블의 피복이 제거된 부분의 양단부에 각각 배치되어 상기 케이블의 피복보다 두꺼운 두께로 상기 피복이 제거된 케이블을 감싸며 탄성 변형이 가능한 소재로 구성되는 한 쌍의 제1밴드; 상기 제1밴드와 상기 케이블의 피복이 만나는 부분에 배치되어 상기 제1밴드와 상기 피복을 감싸며 열수축 필름 재질로 구성되는 한 쌍의 제2밴드; 내주면이 상기 피복이 제거된 케이블과 상기 제1밴드 및 제2밴드와 접하는 상태로 상기 주 케이블을 감싸고 둘 이상의 절편으로 구성되는 금속재질의 제3밴드;를 포함하되, 상기 제2밴드가 케이블의 피복과 제1밴드를 감싼 상태에서 열을 가하여 수축된 후 상기 제3밴드가 상기 제1밴드를 탄성 변형 시키면서 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현수교 주 케이블용 밴드 장치를 제공한다.
