The present invention relates to ballast and a fence having the same, wherein the ballast adjusts a length of an extendable module so as to prevent a skirt from being damaged or losing balance to lean, thereby maintaining a shape of the skirt and maintaining the balance of the skirt at the same time when strong water pressure is applied to the fence, such as when strong tidal currents are generated and a ship is operated at a high speed to tow the fence so as to recover oil.
본 발명은 밸러스트 및 이를 구비한 펜스에 관한 것으로, 스커트가 훼손되거나 균형을 잃고 치우치지 않도록 신축모듈의 길이를 조절함으로써, 강조류가 발생한 경우, 기름을 회수하기 위해 선박이 고속으로 운행하며 펜스를 견인하는 경우 등 펜스에 강한 수압이 작용할 때, 스커트의 형상을 유지함과 동시에 스커트의 수평을 유지시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
