HEATING GANG FORM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THIS
The present invention relates to a heating gang form and a manufacturing method thereof, in which one heating wire is installed in the gang form constituting an external form to enhance concrete curing quality according to external temperature and make disassembly of the heating wire from the gang form simple. To this end, the method for manufacturing a heating gang form comprises: a base manufacturing step of manufacturing a base, with which concrete comes in contact, within the external form; an ink line work step of marking the position of the heating wire and a joist which are to be installed on the upper surface of the base; a profile construction step of coupling a profile to an edge of the base; a heating wire construction step of installing the heating wire on the upper surface of the base corresponding to the position of the heating wire marked through the ink line work step; a joist construction step of coupling the joist on the upper surface of the base corresponding to the position of the joist marked through the ink line work step; and a yoke construction step of cross-coupling a yoke to the joist. The present invention further includes at least one between a unit construction step and a hole forming step wherein, the unit construction step includes a ring construction step of coupling a sloped ring to at least a portion where the heating wire is bent at the position of the heating wire, ahead of the heating wire construction step, and in the hole forming step, an insertion hole is formed to penetrate the profile corresponding to the position of the heating wire ahead of the heating wire construction step.
본 발명은 외부거푸집을 형성하는 갱폼에 하나의 열선을 설치함으로써, 외부 온도에 따른 콘크리트의 양생 품질을 향상시키고, 갱폼으로부터 열선의 해체를 간소화시키기 위한 발열갱폼과 이것의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 발열갱폼의 제조방법은 외부거푸집에서 콘크리트가 접촉되는 베이스를 제조하는 베이스제조단계와, 베이스의 상면에 설치하고자 하는 열선과 장선재의 위치를 표시하는 먹선작업단계와, 베이스의 가장자리에 프로파일을 결합하는 프로파일시공단계와, 먹선작업단계를 거쳐 표시된 열선의 위치에 대응하여 베이스의 상면에 열선을 설치하는 열선시공단계와, 먹선작업단계를 거쳐 표시된 장선재의 위치에 대응하여 베이스의 상면에 장선재를 결합하는 장선재시공단계 및 장선재에 멍에재를 교차 결합시키는 멍에재시공단계를 포함하고, 열선시공단계에 앞서 열선의 위치에서 적어도 열선이 꺽이는 부분에 경사고리를 결합하는 고리시공단계가 포함되는 유닛시공단계 및 열선시공단계에 앞서 열선의 위치에 대응하여 프로파일에 삽입홀을 관통 형성시키는 홀형성단계 중 적어도 어느 하나를 더 포함한다.
