HINGE APPARATUS FOR UPWARD OPENING DOOR
The present invention relates to a hinge device for an upward opening/closing door. The hinge device for the upward opening/closing door of the present invention includes: a housing fixed to a main body; a shaft inserted into the housing and connected to a cover; a torsion spring installed between the housing and the shaft to provide a torsional elastic force so as to automatically open the cover; an elastic force adjusting unit installed on one side of the housing to adjust the elastic force of the torsion spring; and a free opening unit that is formed as a free opening section in which the elastic force of the torsion spring does not act and absorbs the impact when the cover is opened. According to the present invention, the elastic force of the torsion spring can be adjusted according to the weight of the cover, and impact can be absorbed when the cover is opened without a separate damper device.
본 발명의 상향 개폐방식 도어의 힌지장치는 본체에 고정되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징 내부에 삽입되고 커버에 연결되는 샤프트와, 상기 하우징과 샤프트 사이에 설치되어 비틀림 탄성력을 제공하여 커버가 자동으로 열리도록 하는 토션 스프링과, 상기 하우징의 일측에 설치되어 토션 스프링의 탄성력을 조절하는 탄성력 조절부와, 상기 커버의 열림 동작시 토션 스프링의 탄성력이 작용하지 않는 자유 열림 구간으로 형성하여 커버의 열림 동작시 충격을 흡수하는 자유 열림부으로 구성되어, 커버의 무게에 따라 토션 스프링의 탄성력을 조절할 수 있고, 별도의 댐퍼장치없이 커버의 열림동작시 충격을 흡수할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a hinge device for an upward opening/closing door.
