MODULAR HOUSE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a modular house and a modular house construction method and, more specifically, to a modular house and a modular house construction method, wherein the modular house shares only an official standard of a container and standardizes each portion of a main body frame, an outer wall, an inner wall, a floor and a ceiling to manufacture the same in one module without deforming or remodeling the container previously used when the modular house is manufactured, thereby automatizing a manufacturing process to enable mass-production and reduce unit costs of production and easily performing land and marine transportation using a railway or a ship and construction and assembly in a site.
본 발명은 모듈러 하우스 및 모듈러 하우스 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 모듈러 하우스를 제작할 때 기존에 사용되었던 컨테이너를 변형하거나 개조하지 않고, 컨테이너의 공인규격만을 공유하여 본체 프레임, 외벽, 내벽, 바닥, 천정의 각 부분을 규격화하여 하나의 모듈로 제작함으로써, 제작공정을 자동화하여 대량 생산과 생산 단가를 절약할 수 있고, 철도나 선박을 이용한 육상 및 해상 운송과 현장에서의 시공 및 조립을 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 모듈러 하우스 및 모듈러 하우스 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
