Fire Door for Heat Insulation and Heat Protection
A conventional fire door consists of an inner plate (10) and an outer plate (20), and an inner space formed by the inner plate (10) and the outer plate (20) is filled with an insulating material (60). The present invention provides a fire door in which: the insulating material (60) consists of an intermediate layer (61) corresponding to the center thereof, and a pair of surface layers (62, 63) bonded to both surfaces of the intermediate layer (61); the intermediate layer (61) is a phenol foam sheet or a mineral wool sheet; and the surface layers (62, 63) are an inorganic fiber sheet having an inorganic binder layer formed by applying an inorganic binder solution to both surfaces thereof, or an inorganic fiber sheet obtained by immersing the inorganic fiber sheet in an inorganic binder solution and curing the same. The inorganic fiber sheet is made of ceramic wool, mineral wool, or glass fiber. A sodium silicate solution, a mixed solution of sodium silicate and silica sol, a mixed solution of a silane compound and silica sol, and the like can be preferably used as the inorganic binder solution. As a method for forming the inorganic binder layer by applying the inorganic binder solution to both surfaces of the surface layers (62, 63), a method for applying or spraying an inorganic binder solution onto the surface of an inorganic fiber sheet is used.
본 발명은 내판(10)과 외판(20)으로 이루어지고, 내판(10)과 외판(20)에 의해 형성된 내부 공간에 단열재(60)를 충진하는 종래의 방화문에 있어서, 상기 단열재(60)가 중심부에 해당하는 중간층(61), 및 상기 중간층(61)의 양 표면에 접착되는 한 쌍의 표면층(62, 63)으로 이루어지고, 상기 중간층(61)은 페놀폼(phenol foam) 시이트(sheet) 또는 미네랄 울 시이트이고, 상기 표면층(62, 63)은 양 표면에 무기 바인더 용액을 도포하여 무기 바인더층이 형성된 무기질 섬유 시이트 또는 무기질 섬유 시이트를 무기 바인더 용액에 침지시켜 경화시킨 무기질 섬유 시이트인 방화문을 개시한다. 상기 무기질 섬유 시이트는 세라믹 울, 미네랄 울 또는 유리 섬유로부터 제조된다. 상기 무기 바인더 용액은 소듐 실리케이트(sodium silicate) 용액, 소듐 실리케이트와 실리카졸의 혼합 용액, 실란화합물과 실리카졸의 혼합 용액 등이 바람직하게 사용될 수 있다. 상기 표면층(62, 63)의 양 표면에 무기 바인더 용액을 도포하여 무기 바인더층이 형성하는 방법으로는 무기질 섬유 시이트 표면에 무기 바인더 용액을 도포하거나, 분사(스프레이)하는 방법이 있다.
