WEDGE BLOCK FOR RESTRAIN APPARATUS AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a wedge compression block for a tensile device. The wedge compression block for a tensile device comprises: a block body which has first and second surfaces positioned opposite each other and has a side surface formed in a round shape along the circumference between the first surface and the second surface, wherein any one of the first and second surfaces has an outer portion adjacent to the outermost edge thereof, an inner portion that is positioned further inward than the outer portion and concavely stepped with respect to the outer portion to accommodate an anchor head, and a contact plate accommodation portion positioned further inward than the inner portion and concavely stepped with respect to the inner portion; a plurality of tension line through-holes penetrated in a thickness direction to pass through the first and second surfaces of the block body, and passing tension lines; a wedge compression contact plate disposed in the contact plate accommodation portion of the block body and capable of contacting a fixing wedge of the anchor head accommodated in the inner portion; and an elastic member fastened to the wedge compression contact plate to apply an elastic force to the wedge compression contact plate in a direction in which the fixing wedge is compressed. Therefore, the wedge compression block for a tensile device can prevent the fixing wedge from being separated or deformed.
본 발명은 서로 반대쪽에 위치한 제1면 및 제2면과, 상기 제1면과 제2면 사이의 둘레를 따라 라운드 형상으로 형성된 측면을 구비하고, 상기 제1면 및 제2면 중 어느 하나에는 최외곽 테두리단에 인접한 아우터부와 상기 아우터부에 비해 안쪽에 위치하고 상기 아우터부에 대하여 오목하게 단차가 져서 앵커헤드를 수용할 수 있는 이너부와 상기 이너부에 비해 안쪽에 위치하고 상기 이너부에 대하여 오목하게 단차가 진 접촉판 수용부를 구비한 블록 본체; 상기 블록 본체의 상기 제1면과 제2면을 관통하도록 두께 방향으로 뚫려서 상기 인장선을 통과시키는 복수개의 인장선 관통공들; 상기 블록 본체의 상기 접촉판 수용부에 배치되고 상기 이너부에 수용된 앵커헤드의 고정웨지와 접촉이 가능한 웨지압착용 접촉판; 및 상기 웨지압착용 접촉판에 체결되어 상기 고정웨지를 압착하는 방향으로 상기 웨지압착용 접촉판에 탄성력을 가하는 탄성부재;를 포함하는 인장장치용 웨지 압착블록을 개시한다.

The present invention provides a wedge compression block for a tensile device. The wedge compression block for a tensile device comprises: a block body which has first and second surfaces positioned opposite each other and has a side surface formed in a round shape along the circumference between the first surface and the second surface, wherein any one of the first and second surfaces has an outer portion adjacent to the outermost edge thereof, an inner portion that is positioned further inward than the outer portion and concavely stepped with respect to the outer portion to accommodate an anchor head, and a contact plate accommodation portion positioned further inward than the inner portion and concavely stepped with respect to the inner portion; a plurality of tension line through-holes penetrated in a thickness direction to pass through the first and second surfaces of the block body, and passing tension lines; a wedge compression contact plate disposed in the contact plate accommodation portion of the block body and capable of contacting a fixing wedge of the anchor head accommodated in the inner portion; and an elastic member fastened to the wedge compression contact plate to apply an elastic force to the wedge compression contact plate in a direction in which the fixing wedge is compressed. Therefore, the wedge compression block for a tensile device can prevent the fixing wedge from being separated or deformed.
