The present invention relates to a door assembly for preventing hand jamming, which has a structure in which one end of a door is coupled to a door frame so that the door is rotated and opened and closed. The end of the door forms a semicircular cross-section. The end has stepped surfaces formed on upper and lower ends thereof to be recessed at a predetermined depth. Semicircular hinge-shaft supports are matched and coupled to the stepped surfaces of the upper and lower ends. The hinge-shaft supports each have a shaft accommodation hole formed in the center thereof to vertically pass therethrough, and each include a main support which includes a partial section of the shaft accommodation hole and is provided on the stepped surface, and a sub-support which forms the remaining section of the shaft accommodation hole and is formed on the stepped surface to be fastened to the main support. One end of each of the upper and lower beams of the door frame has an insertion surface formed thereon to be recessed at a predetermined depth and to correspond to the stepped surface. A hinge base is coupled to the insertion surface of each of the upper and lower beams. The hinge base includes: a hinge pin insertedly coupled to the shaft accommodation hole; and a base formed as a body to extend from one end of the hinge pin, and insertedly provided on the insertion surface of each of the upper and lower beams. Therefore, an improved door assembly for preventing hand jamming between a door and a door frame can be provided.
본 발명은 문의 일측단부가 문틀과 결합하여 회전, 개폐되는 구조의 문 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 상기 문의 일측단부는 반원형의 횡단면을 이루고, 상기 일측단부는 상단과 하단에서 일정한 깊이의 단차면이 함입 형성되며, 상기 상,하단의 단차면에는 각각 반원형의 힌지축 받침대가 일치 결합하되, 상기 힌지축 받침대는 중앙에 상하를 관통하는 축수용공이 형성되고, 상기 축수용공의 일부 구간을 포함하고 상기 단차면에 체결되는 주받침대와, 상기 축수용공의 나머지 구간을 형성하고 상기 단차면 상에서 상기 주받침대에 체결되는 부받침대를 포함하며, 상기 문틀의 상,하단 보의 각 일측단부에는 상기 단차면에 대응하여 일정한 깊이의 삽입면부가 함입 형성되며, 상기 상,하단 보의 삽입면부에는 각각 힌지대가 결합하되, 상기 힌지대는 상기 축수용공에 삽입 결합하는 힌지핀부와, 상기 힌지핀부의 일단부로부터 일체로 연장 형성되어 상기 상,하단 보의 각 삽입면부에 삽입 체결되는 베이스부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 문 조립체를 제공한다. 이에 의해, 문과 문틀 사이의 손끼임 현상을 방지해줄 수 있는 개선된 방식의 손끼임 방지 문 조립체를 제공할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a door assembly for preventing hand jamming, which has a structure in which one end of a door is coupled to a door frame so that the door is rotated and opened and closed. The end of the door forms a semicircular cross-section. The end has stepped surfaces formed on upper and lower ends thereof to be recessed at a predetermined depth.
