POLYMER QUICKLY HARDENING CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND BRIDGE EXPANDING AND CONTRACTING CONNECTING PORTION REPAIRING METHOD THEREUSING
The present invention relates to a quickly hardening polymer concrete composition and a bridge expansion joint repairing method using the same, wherein the quickly hardening polymer concrete composition is composed of low-heat special cement, aggregates, a polymer modifier, and water, wherein the low-heat special cement is prepared by adding calcium sulfoaluminate clinker and calcium aluminate clinker that can exhibit short-term hardening properties and high strength effects, anhydrite, slaked lime, additives, etc., to a powdered inorganic admixture capable of stably expressing strength and securing durability. According to the present invention, the quickly hardening polymer concrete composition comprises: 50-60 wt% of low-heat special cement mortar; 32-42 wt% of aggregates; 3-5 wt% of a polymer modifier; and 3-5 wt% of water. In the present invention, an expansion joint portion of a bridge can be quickly repaired with quickly hardening polymer concrete using a mobile mixer and a mobile discharge conveyor.
본 발명은 정량화된 폴리머 초속경 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 활용한 교량 신축이음 보수공법에 관한 것으로, 안정적 강도발현 및 내구성능 확보가 가능한 분말상태의 무기계 혼화재에 단기간 경화특성과 고강도성의 효과를 낼 수 있도록 하는 칼슘설포알루미네이트계 클링커와 칼슘알루미네이트계 클링커, 무수석고, 소석회, 첨가제 등을 첨가하여 제조된 저발열 특수시멘트 및 골재, 폴리머 개질제, 물을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따른 폴리머 초속경 콘크리트 조성물은 저발열 특수시멘트 몰탈 50~60 중량% ; 골재 32~42 중량% ; 폴리머 개질제 3~5 중량% ; 및 물 3~5 중량%를 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명은 폴리머 초속경 콘크리트를 이동식 혼합기와 이동식 배출 콘베이어를 이용하여 신속하게 교량의 신축이음부를 보수한다.
