An embodiment of the present invention relates to technology for preventing a collision between working devices of a construction machine. An apparatus for preventing a collision between working devices of a construction machine includes: a memory part storing a position value of a working device, where contact occurs, corresponding to a rotation angle from a lower body to an upper body - the position value of the working device is information about a position which the working device has when contact occurs between the working device and a construction machine; a sensor part comprising a plurality of sensors to measure the position of the working device and the rotation angle from the lower body to the upper body; an output part making a warning of the chance of a collision between the working device and the construction machine; and a control part calculating the chance of a collision between the working device and the construction machine by comparing the position value of the working device and the rotation angle measured by the sensor part to the position value of the working device where contact occurs in regard to the rotation angle stored in the memory part, and then, warning a worker by controlling the output part when the chance of a collision exceeds a preset warning range.
본 명세서에서 제시되는 일 실시 예는 건설기계의 작업장치 충돌 방지 기술에 에 관한 것으로, 건설기계의 작업장치 충돌 방지 장치는 하부체로부터 상부체의 회전각도에 대응하는 접촉 발생 작업장치 자세값을 저장하고 있는 메모리부-상기 접촉 발생 작업장치 자세값은 작업장치와 건설기계의 접촉이 발생될 때의 작업장치의 자세에 대한 정보임-; 복수개의 센서로 구성되어, 하부체로부터 상부체의 회전각도 및 작업장치의 자세를 측정하는 센서부; 상기 작업장치와 상기 건설기계의 충돌 가능성을 경고하는 출력부; 및 상기 센서부가 측정한 회전각도와 작업장치의 자세값과 상기 메모리부에 저장된 회전각도에 대한 접촉 발생 작업장치 자세값을 비교하여 작업장치와 건설기계의 충돌 가능성을 연산하고, 충돌 가능성이 미리 설정된 경고 범위를 벗어나면 상기 출력부를 제어하여 작업자에게 경고하는 제어부를 포함하는데 특징이 있다.
