The present invention relates to a toilet not requiring the use of hands, enabling a user to flush a toilet bowl and to close a cover without using his/her hands for easily improving personal hygiene and the environment of a restroom, thereby solving a problem of manipulating a lever and a seat cover by the hands in the prior art. The present invention provides a toilet in a restroom, which comprises: a toilet bowl having a corner formed in a round rectangular column for playing a role of storing water; a toilet seat having a corner and both rounded tip ends such that the toilet seat can move up and down and the user can urinate and/or defecate while sitting thereon; a toilet cover formed in a round semi-elliptical shape such that the seat can be opened and closed to prevent toilet water from being splashed; a seat pressure sensor formed in a magnetic card shape to lower and close the toilet cover by determining that the user sits and stands up; a cover lever formed in a round magnet shape such that the toilet bowl can be flushed by attaching a lever to the cover; and a seat foot pedal forming a corner in a round rectangular shape such that the seat can be lifted up if pushed by the foot to enable a man to urinate and if pushed once more, the seat and the cover can be lowered to flush the toilet bowl. Therefore, the present invention enables the user to flush the toilet bowl and to close the cover without using the hands of the user for easily improving personal hygiene and the environment of a restroom, thereby solving a problem of manipulating a lever and a seat cover by the hands in the prior art.

본 발명은 손을 사용하지 않는 변기에 관한 것으로서 사용자가 손을 사용하지 않고 변기물을 내릴수있고 뚜껑이 닫힘으로 인해 화장실 위생 및 환경에 용이하도록 함으로써 기존의 손으로 레버 및 안장 뚜껑을 조작해야 하는 문제점을 해소 하도록 한 것이다.즉 본 발명은, 화장실 변기에 있어서 물을 모아두는 역할 을 할 수 있게 모서리가 둥근 사각 기둥으로 형성한 변기 수조, 변기 안장이 위 아래로 움직 일 수 있고 사용자가 앉아서 볼일을 볼 수 있게 모서리와 양끝단이 둥글게 형성한 변기 안장, 안장을 열고 닫을 수 있어 변기 물이 튀지 않게 할 수 있게 둥근 반 타원형 모형으로 구성한 변기 뚜껑, 압력 센서로 앉고 일어서는 것을 판단하여 변기뚜껑을 내리고 닫을 수 있게 마그네틱 카드 모형으로 구성한 안장 압력 센서, 레버를 뚜껑에 달아 수조의 물을 내릴 수있게 둥근 자석 모형으로 구성한 뚜껑 레버, 페달을 발로 밟아 안장이 올라가서 남성이 소변을 볼수있고 한번더 눌러 안장과 뚜껑이 내려와 물이 내려 갈 수 있게 모서리가 둥근 직사각형모형으로 구성한 안장 발페달으로 구성한 것이다.따라서, 본 발명은 사용자가 손을 사용하지 않고 변기물을 내릴수있고 뚜껑이 닫힘으로 인해 화장실 위생 및 환경에 용이하도록 함으로써 기존의 손으로 레버 및 안장 뚜껑을 조작해야 하는 문제점을 해소하도록 한 효과를 갖는 것이다.
