Connection between toilet seat and drain pipe
The present invention relates to a device for connecting a toilet to a drain pipe, wherein an eccentric hole is formed on an upper plate of a lower pipe which is fit into and assembled with a drain pipe of a restroom, and an upper pipe which is assembled with the bottom of a toilet to guide and discharge excrement from the toilet to the drain pipe is inserted into the eccentric hole, so that the lower pipe assembled with the drain pipe may be rotated to allow the location of the eccentric hole and an insertion member of the upper pipe assembled therewith to be varied, and therefore the installation location of the toilet can be selectively adjusted by even installing the toilet at the farthest place from a wall of the restroom. Consequently, the shrinkage phenomenon of a pipe at an eccentric pipe part, which has been pointed out as a problem in prior art, can be fundamentally removed such that excrement may be smoothly discharged without clogging. To this end, the present invention comprises: a lower pipe (2) which has a fitting member (21) of a pipe shape extended to be fit-coupled to a drain pipe (B) buried under the floor of a restroom, and has an upper plate (22) monolithically formed at an upper end portion of the fitting member (21) while outwardly protruding farther than the outer diameter of the fitting member (21) and having an eccentric hole (221) penetrated therein so as to be eccentric to the center of the fitting member (21); and an upper pipe (3) having an insertion member (31) of a pipe shape which is extended to be assembled so as to be accommodated in the fitting member (21) and to guide excrement discharged from a toilet (A) through the eccentric hole (221) of the lower pipe (2) towards the drain pipe (B), and a flange (32) which is formed to protrude farther than the outer diameter of the insertion member (31) on the outer circumference of the upper end portion of the insertion member (31) so as to support the toilet (A) mounted thereon.
본 발명은 화장실 배수관에 끼움 조립되는 하부관의 상판에 편심공을 형성하고 좌변기 저면에 조립되어 좌변기의 용변을 배수관으로 배출 안내하는 상부관을 편심공에 삽입하여, 배수관에 조립된 하부관을 회전시켜 편심공과 이에 조립되는 상부관의 삽입부재의 위치를 가변시켜 화장실 벽체로부터 가장 먼 곳에 좌변기를 설치하는 등 좌변기 설치 위치를 선택적으로 조절함으로써, 종래 문제점으로 지적된 편심관 부분에서 발생하는 관로 축소현상을 원천적으로 제거하여 용변이 막힘없이 잘 배출될 수 있도록 하는 좌변기와 배수관 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 이의 구성은 화장실 바닥에 매립된 배수관(B)에 끼움 연결되도록 파이프 형상을 갖는 dt끼움부재(21)가 연장되고, 상기 끼움부재(21) 상단부에 끼움부재(21) 외경보다 외측으로 더 돌출되고 그 내부에 끼움부재(21) 중심과 편심되게 편심공(221)이 관통된 상판(22)이 일체로 형성되는 하부관(2); 및 상기 끼움부재(21) 내부에 수용되게 조립되고, 좌변기(A)에서 토출되는 용변을 상기 하부관(2)의 편심공(221)을 관통하여 배수관(B)으로 안내할 수 있도록 파이프 형상을 갖는 삽입부재(31)가 연장되며, 상기 삽입부재(31) 상단부 외측 둘레에 상기 삽입부재(31) 외경보다 더 돌출되게 플랜지(32)가 형성되어 그 상부에 탑재된 좌변기(A)를 받침 지지하는 상부관(3);을 포함한다.
