MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GROOVE TYPE STIFFENER INJECTION UNIT
Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a grooving-type stiffener injection device which can markedly improve workability. The manufacturing method of a grooving-type stiffener injection device comprises: a steel pipe preparation step of preparing a steel pipe inserted into a borehole in the ground, and provided with spray holes in a plurality of chamber sections; an injection pipe installation step of preparing and installing a plurality of injection pipes which are extended and installed in the steel pipe and inject a stiffener to fill the borehole through the spray holes; a packer part arranging step of preparing and arranging a packer part which is provided in the steel pipe to allow the injection pipes to be installed therethrough and includes a packer member between a pair of stopper members on a boundary portion of the chamber sections; and a grooving part forming step of forming a grooving part for sealing and dividing the chamber sections in the steel pipe or sealing the inlet of the steel pipe by pressing the outer circumferential surface of the steel pipe inwards by using a grooving mechanism to tightly attach the steel pipe to the outer circumferential surface of the packer part.
그루빙타입 보강재 주입장치의 제조방법에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 그루빙타입 보강재 주입장치의 제조방법은; 지반의 천공홀에 삽입되고, 다수의 챔버구간 별로 분사공이 형성되는 강관을 준비하는 강관준비단계와, 강관의 내부에 연장 설치되고, 보강재를 주입하여 분사공을 통해 천공홀에 충진하는 다수의 주입관을 각각 준비하여 설치하는 주입관설치단계와, 강관의 내부에 구비되어 주입관이 관통 설치되고, 각 챔버구간의 경계부위에 한 쌍의 스토퍼부재 사이에 팩커부재를 포함하는 팩커부를 마련하여 배치하는 팩커부배치단계와, 강관의 외주면을 그루빙기구를 이용하여 내측으로 가압하여 팩커부의 외주면에 밀착시키므로 강관의 입구를 밀폐하거나 강관의 내부에서 각 챔버구간을 밀폐하여 구획하는 그루빙부를 형성하는 그루빙부형성단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
