PENETRATING PILE UNIT AND METHOD FOR PENETRATING PILE
The present invention provides a press-in pile unit and a press-in pile construction method, wherein the press-in pile unit has an improved structure so that drawing resistance can be increased. According to the present invention, the press-in pile unit includes: a plurality of main press-in piles penetrating into the ground; one or more expanded piles arranged between the plurality of main press-in piles to penetrate into the ground, having a plurality of slits formed at the center to be spaced apart from each other along a circumference, having protrusions therein, and allowing the center to be expanded to an outer side when receiving compression force; and a pipe expansion unit installed in the expanded pipes and pressurizing the protrusions in an outer direction of the expanded piles to expand the center of the expanded piles when moved in a longitudinal direction of the expanded piles.
본 발명은 인발저항력이 증대되도록 구조 개선된 압입말뚝 유닛 및 압입말뚝 공법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 압입말뚝 유닛은, 지반 속으로 관입되는 복수의 메인 압입말뚝과, 복수의 메인 압입말뚝 사이에 배치되어 지반 속으로 관입되고, 중간 부분에 둘레를 따라 이격 배치되는 복수의 슬릿을 구비하고, 내측에 돌기가 구비되며, 압축력을 받을 때 중간 부분이 외측으로 확관될 수 있는 하나 이상의 확장 말뚝과, 확장 말뚝의 내측에 설치되어 확장 말뚝의 길이 방향으로 이동할 때 돌기를 확장 말뚝의 외측 방향으로 가압하여 확장 말뚝의 중간 부분을 확관시키는 확관 유닛; 포함한다.
