Quick Coupler for Excavator
The present invention relates to a quick coupler for an excavator. According to the invention, the quick coupler for an excavator comprises: an upper link frame unit coupled to a front end of an excavator arm; a lower link frame unit provided below the upper link frame unit and coupled to an excavating device for an excavator wherein the excavating device for an excavator is collectively referred to as a bucket for an excavator, a breaker, a crusher, and a tong; and a worm drive unit disposed between the upper and lower link frame units, and rotating the lower link frame unit at a predetermined angle with respect to the upper link frame unit. A sealing means for suppressing the penetration of external foreign substances into the warm drive unit is provided at the warm drive unit such that contamination in the quick coupler for an excavator due to penetration of foreign substances such as water or dirt is suppressed and also, the shortening of a lifespan of the quick coupler for an excavator can be suppressed.
본 발명은 굴착기용 퀵커플러에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 따르면, 굴착기 암(arm)의 전단 측에 결합되는 상측링크프레임부; 상기 상측링크프레임부의 하측에 마련되어 굴착기용 굴착장치-굴착기용 버켓, 브레이커, 크라샤 및 집게를 포괄하여 지칭한다-와 결합되는 하측링크프레임부; 및 상기 상측링크프레임부와 상기 하측링크프레임부 사이에 배치되며, 상기 상측링크프레임부에 대하여 상기 하측링크프레임부를 소정의 각도로 회전시켜주는 웜드라이브부;를 포함하고, 상기 웜드라이부의 내측으로 외부의 이물질이 침투되는 것을 억제시켜주는 밀봉수단이 상기 웜드라이부에 마련되어 있으므로 물 또는 흙먼지와 같은 이물질 침투에 의한 굴착기용 퀵커플러 내 오염발생이 억제되며, 나아가 굴착기용 퀵커플러의 수명단축을 억제시켜줄 수 있는 기술이 개시된다.
