Underground wall maintenance and underground wall construction method and maintenance policy
The present invention relates to a structure for maintaining an underground wall, which can prevent an outer surface of the underground wall embedded in the ground from directly coming in contact with water and soil and continuously prevent deterioration of the wall. More specifically, the structure for maintaining an underground wall includes: an underground facility embedded in the ground after excavation; a covering part installed on the outer surface side of the underground wall of the underground facility; a support part coupled to the underground wall to support the covering part; and covering foam filled between the underground wall and the covering part, thereby preventing the outer surface of the wall from directly coming in contact even when the outer surface of the wall except a vertical beam of the underground wall is embedded in the ground.
본 발명은 지중에 매립되는 지하벽체의 외면이 물과 토양에 직접적인 접촉을 방지하며 벽체의 노화를 지속적으로 방지가능한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 터파기 후 지중에 매립되는 지하시설물, 상기 지하시설물의 지하벽체 외면쪽으로 설치하는 차폐부, 상기 지하벽체에 결합되어 차폐부를 지지하는 지지부, 상기 지하벽체와 차폐부의 사이에 충진되는 차폐폼으로 구성하여; 지하벽체 중 수직보를 제외한 벽체의 외면은 지중에 매립되더라도 직접적으로 접촉을 방지하도록 하는 효과가 있다.
