A method of manufacturing nonflammable insulation panels and nonflammable insulation panels produced by this manufacturing method
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing nonflammable insulation panels and nonflammable insulation panels manufactured thereby. A method of manufacturing nonflammable insulation panels comprises: a preparation step (S1) of preparing a mixture of silica stone, pottery stone, feldspar, kaolin, clay, and loess, which are panel insulation compositions, zeolite, cement, foamed polystyrene granules, and water; a stirring step (S2) of stirring the compositions and discharging the same to a lower conveyor; an arrangement step (S3) of arranging cross-sections of the compositions transferred to an arrangement means; a compression step (S4) of gradually pressing the compositions transferred between two conveyors by an upper conveyor formed on the lower conveyor; a cutting step (S5) of cutting the compositions into a panel size and moving the same onto a curing conveyor; a curing step (S6) of heating the compositions and curing the same to process the same into an insulation material; and an attachment step (S7) of attaching a finishing plate to the insulation material to complete a nonflammable insulation panel. Accordingly, panels with heat insulation, sound insulation and nonflammable effects are manufactured. Thus, several processes are carried out simultaneously while the panels are continuously transferred to the lower conveyor and the curing conveyor, thereby shortening a process period.
본 발명은 불연성 단열 패널의 제조방법 및 이 제조방법에 의해 제조된 불연성 단열 패널에 관한 것으로, 패널용 단열재 조성물인 규석, 도석, 장석, 고령토, 점토, 황토의 혼합물과, 제오라이트와, 시멘트와, 발포 폴리스티렌 알갱이와, 물을 준비하는 준비공정(S1); 조성물을 교반하여 하부컨베이어로 배출하는 교반공정(S2); 정렬수단으로 이송되는 조성물의 단면을 정렬하는 정렬공정(S3); 하부컨베이어 위에 구성된 상부컨베이어에 의해 두 컨베이어 사이로 이송되는 조성물을 점진적 가압하는 압착공정(S4); 패널 크기로 조성물을 절단하고 경화컨베이어 위로 옮기는 절단공정(S5); 조성물을 가열하고 경화시켜 단열재로 가공하는 경화공정(S6); 단열재에 마감판을 부착하여 불연성 단열 패널을 완성하는 부착공정(S7);으로 단열과 방음 및 불연성 효과가 있는 패널을 제조함으로써, 하부컨베이어와 경화컨베이어로 연속 이송되면서 여러 공정이 동시 진행되어 공정기간이 단축되는 제조방법과 단열 패널에 관한 것이다.
