Provided is a green alga reducing apparatus, which allows waves caused by winds to be generated on a surrounding water surface while moving on the water surface of a river or a reservoir, thereby dispersing green algae condensed on the water surface to reduce the algal bloom. To this end, the green alga reducing apparatus includes a main body, a dispersing unit and a control unit.
