The present invention relates to a working vehicle having a protective structure. An object of the present invention is to provide the working vehicle having the protective structure which can be more easily folded while being arranged to ensure safety of a driver. The working vehicle with the protective structure according to the present invention comprises: a lower frame connecting front and rear wheels and forming a main shaft; a seat unit disposed above the front and rear wheels and providing a space for the driver to ride; a drive unit disposed in the front of the seat unit and provided with a drive device providing power; and a protective structure disposed in the rear of the seat unit and extending upwardly from the ground. At this time, the protective structure is a structure using an air cylinder, so that a safety structure can be easily folded. Therefore, safety when using the protective structure can be further improved.
본 발명에 따른 보호구조물을 구비한 작업차량은, 전륜과 후륜을 연결하며 주축을 형성하는 하부 프레임, 상기 전륜과 후륜 상부에 배치되어 운전자가 승차하는 공간을 제공하는 좌석부, 상기 좌석부의 전방에 배치되어 동력을 제공하는 구동장치가 마련되는 구동부 및 상기 좌석부의 후방에 배치되어 지면에 대해 상방향으로 연장된 보호구조물을 포함한다. 이 때 상기 보호구조물은 에어실린더를 사용한 구조로서 용이하게 안전구조물을 폴딩할 수 있기 때문에 보호구조물을 사용시의 안전성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
