An objective of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic cutter for a dredger which blocks the dispersion of floating objects to the surroundings when performing dredging work of a dredger, and prevents a cutter rotation blade and a driving means for rotating the cutter rotation blade from being overloaded to effectively perform the dredging work. To achieve the objective, the hydraulic cutter for a dredger comprises: a link member separably fastened to an end of a boom of a dredger; a pollution prevention cover mounted on the front end of the link member to cover a dredging area when dredging; a suction pipe mounted on an upper portion of the pollution prevention cover to suck dredged objects; a driving means case hung and mounted on sides of the pollution prevention cover and the link member; and a cutter assembly arranged on a lower portion of the pollution prevention cover and rotatably connected to a driving means installed in the driving means case to cut and rotate to dredge objects to be dredged.
본 발명은 준설선의 준설 작업시 부유물 등이 주변으로 확산되는 것을 차단하는 동시에 커터 회전날 및 이를 회전시키는 구동수단에 과부하가 걸리는 것을 방지하여 준설 작업이 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 한 준설선용 유압식 커터기를 제공하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 준설선의 붐대 끝단부에 분리 가능하게 체결되는 링크부재; 상기 링크부재의 전단부에 장착되어 준설시 준설영역을 커버하는 오탁방지커버; 상기 오탁방지커버의 상부에 장착되어 준설물을 흡입하는 흡입파이프; 상기 링크부재 및 오탁방지커버의 측부에 걸쳐 장착되는 구동수단 케이스; 및 상기 오탁방지커버의 저부에 배치되는 동시에 상기 구동수단 케이스에 내설되는 구동수단에 회전 가능하게 연결되어, 준설 대상물의 준설을 위하여 커팅 회전 하는 커터 어셈블리; 을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 준설선용 유압식 커터기를 제공한다.
