The present invention relates to a composite water-swelling water stop material and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite water-swelling water stop material comprises: a body unit provided in a long rectangular rod shape of a plastic or a rubber material with ductility and flexibility to connect a precast concrete (PC) segment and a PC prefabricated culvert structure, and provided with a plurality of through holes at regular intervals therein, stepped units longitudinally protruding to the left and right around the through holes, and a seal material placed at the center corresponding to the left and right stepped units to have one overall flat surface formed to be symmetric to the left and right; the seal material integrally added to an upper portion of the through holes of the body unit to be affixed and fastened to the PC segment and the PC prefabricated culvert structure through an adhesive component; and release paper used to allow a user to cut the body unit extended in a prescribed length as needed to be affixed to the left and right sides of the body unit with the seal material placed thereon to be detached to be easily affixed to the PC segment and the PC prefabricated culvert structure. Accordingly, release paper of one surface of a double-sided adhesive water-swelling water stop material is removed, and the water stop material is affixed to concrete to couple a PC structure for waterproofing a joint of an underground box structure. The other release paper attached to the water stop material is removed and the PC structure is coupled. Then both the upper and lower sides are attached to waterproof and stop water to provide construction convenience for workers.
본 발명은 복합 수팽창 지수재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 PC 세그먼트와 PC 조립식 암거 구조물을 연결하기 위해 연성 및 휨성이 있는 고무 또는 플라스틱 재질로 사각형태의 긴 막대 형상으로 구비되고 그 내부에 일정간격으로 다수개의 통공홀이 구비되고, 통공홀을 중심으로 좌우측으로 길이방향으로 돌출된 단턱부가 구비되고, 좌우 단턱부와 대응되는 중심에 Seal 재가 안착되어 전체적으로 편평한 일면이 좌우 대칭되도록 형성되는 몸체부, 상기 몸체부의 통공홀 상부에 일체로 부설되어 접착성분을 통해 PC 세그먼트, PC 조립식 암거 구조물과 각각 접착되어 체결되도록 하는 Seal 재, 및 상기 Seal 재가 안착된 몸체부의 좌우측면에 접착되도록 사용자가 필요에 따라 일정 길이로 연장된 몸체부를 절단하여 PC 세그먼트, PC 조립식 암거 구조물과 각각 접착이 용이하도록 탈착하여 사용되는 이형지를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 본 발명은 지하박스 구조물의 이음부 방수를 위해 프리케스트(PC:Precast Concrete) 구조물의 결합을 위해 양면 접착형 수평창 지수재의 일면의 이형지를 제거하고 콘크리트에 접착한 후 지수재에 부착된 타 이형지를 제거하고 PC(Precast Concrete) 구조물을 결합시키면 상하 양면이 부착하여 방수 및 지수가 되도록 하여 작업자의 시공에 따른 편리성을 제공한다.
