Noiseless Trench Cover for Waterway
According to the present invention, a noiseless trench for draining is installed on a drainage canal (2) formed on a road (1) of a park or around a building to allow a pedestrian or a vehicle to move. The noiseless trench for draining comprises: a plurality of main bodies (10) inserted and seated on the drainage canal (2), provided with a plurality of drain holes (11) on upper portions thereof to allow rainwater or the like to enter, and made of a recycled resin; an aligning means (20) formed on both sides of the main bodies (10) to align the plurality of main bodies (10) while preventing the main bodies (10) from escaping; a fixing means (30) having a pair of fixing holes (31) penetrated by both ends of the main bodies (10) to fix the main bodies (10); and a reinforcing means (40) inserted and formed in the main bodies (10) to withstand a pressure generated from the weight of a vehicle or a pedestrian. Accordingly, the present invention is made of a recycled resin such as PE or PP, PA, etc., to reduce manufacturing costs to reduce the burden of consumers, is seated on the drainage canal to allow safe movement from pedestrians and vehicles due to its high strength, and can fix a plurality of noiseless trenches at once to facilitate installation and have thoroughly improved fixing power.
본 발명은 건물 주변 또는 공원 등의 도로(1) 상에 형성된 배수로(2)에 설치되어 보행자 또는 차량의 이동이 가능하도록 구성되는 배수용 무소음 트렌치에 있어서: 상기 배수로(2) 상에 다수개가 삽설 안착되면서 상부에 비 등의 유입이 가능하게 다수의 배수공(11)을 구비하고, 재활용 수지를 통해 형성되는 본체(10); 상기 본체(10)의 양면에 각각 형성되어 다수개의 본체(10)가 서로 이탈되지 않으면서 정렬되도록 구비하는 정렬수단(20); 상기 본체(10)의 양끝단부에 관통되는 한 쌍의 고정공(31)을 구비하여 본체(10)를 서로 고정하게 구비하는 고정수단(30); 및 상기 본체(10)의 내부에 삽설 형성되어 보행자 또는 차량의 하중으로부터 발생되는 압력을 견디도록 구비하는 보강수단(40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 재활용 수지인 PE 또는 PP, PA 등으로 형성함에 따라 제조원가를 줄여 소비자의 부담을 줄여주고, 강한 강도로 인해 배수로 상에 안착되어 보행자와 차량으로부터 안전한 이동이 가능하도록 하며, 다수개의 무소음 트렌치를 한번에 고정이 가능하여 설치의 용이함과 함께 면밀하게 향상된 고정력을 가질 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
