Extra rapid curing mortar composition containing rapid cooled reduced steelmaking slag powder and electric arc furnace dust
The present invention relates to an ultra-rapid setting mortar composition using rapidly cooled steelmaking reduced slag powder and electric furnace steelmaking dust and, more specifically, to an ultra-rapid setting mortar composition using rapidly cooled steelmaking reduced slag powder and electric furnace steelmaking dust, comprising: the rapidly cooled steelmaking reduced slag powder which is formed by rapidly cooling while scattering electric furnace melting and reducing slag, which is an industrial by-product generated during iron smelting in an ironworks, into micro-droplets by injecting high pressure air to the electric furnace melting and reducing slag at a high speed, and then grinding the same into powder; and the electric furnace steelmaking dust which is industrial waste obtained by collecting, by means of a dust collector, high-temperature dust generated in an electric furnace melting process.
본 발명은 급냉 제강환원슬래그분말과 전기로 제강분진을 이용한 초속경 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 제철소에서 철 제련 중에 발생되는 산업부산물인 전기로 용융환원슬래그에 고압의 공기를 고속으로 분사하여 상기 용융환원슬래그를 미세 액적으로 비산시키면서 급냉시키고 분말로 분쇄한 급냉 제강환원슬래그분말과 전기로 용해 공정에서 발생하는 고열의 분진을 집진기에서 포집한 산업폐기물인 전기로 제강분진을 포함하는 급냉 제강환원슬래그분말과 전기로 제강분진을 이용한 초속경 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다.
