Adhesion test apparatus of honeycomb blinds
An objective of the present invention is to provide an adhesion test apparatus of a honeycomb blind, which comprises: a main body (110); a support part (120) horizontally formed on one side of the main body (110); a plurality of mounting units (130) formed on one side of the support part (120) to mount an upper portion of a honeycomb blind (A) thereon; and a driving unit (140) formed on the outside or the other side of the support part (120) to rotate a winding means (B) to repeatedly open and close the honeycomb blind (A) in a vertical direction. The present invention has the effect of testing adhesion by repeatedly opening and closing the honeycomb blind in the vertical direction. The present invention also has the effect of improving the production quality of the honeycomb blind by testing and checking defect status for the adhesion of the honeycomb blind in advance. Specifically, the present invention has the effect of adjusting vertical and horizontal positions in accordance with the size of the honeycomb blind to mount the honeycomb blind.
본 발명은 본체(110); 상기 본체(110)의 일측에 수평방향으로 형성하는 지지부(120); 상기 지지부(120)의 일측에 허니콤 블라인드(A)의 상부를 장착할 수 있도록 형성하는 다수개의 장착유닛(130); 상기 지지부(120)의 타측 또는 외측에 권취수단(B)을 회전시켜 허니콤 블라인드(A)를 상하방향으로 반복해서 개폐시킬 수 있도록 형성하는 구동유닛(140);을 포함하는 허니콤 블라인드의 접착력 시험장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 허니콤 블라인드를 상하방향으로 반복 개폐시켜 접착력을 시험할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, 본 발명은 허니콤 블라인드의 접착력에 대한 불량 유무를 사전에 시험 및 확인하여 허니콤 블라인드의 생산품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 특히 본 발명은 허니콤 블라인드의 규격에 따라서 상하 및 좌우 위치를 조절하여 장착할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
