3D Method for producing ceramic slurry for Lithography-based Ceramic 3D Printing Technique
The present invention relates to a technology for manufacturing a ceramic slurry composition for photocurable ceramic 3D printing. In the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a photocurable ceramic slurry composition which uses a camphor as a diluent to have a high ceramic content (high filling), and at the same time, have low viscosity and flowability. In addition, the photocurable ceramic slurry composition can be manufactured into a ceramic structure through the fusion of computer control-based 3D printing technology and photocuring molding technology.
본 발명은 광경화성 세라믹 3D 프린팅용 세라믹 슬러리 조성물 제조 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 희석제로 캠퍼(camphor)를 사용하여 높은 세라믹 함량(고충진)을 가지면서, 동시에 낮은 점도 및 흐름성을 가지는 광경화성 세라믹 슬러리 조성물을 제조할 수 있으며, 이를 컴퓨터 제어 기반의 3차원 프린팅 기술과 광경화 성형기술의 융합을 통해 세라믹 구조체로 제조할 수 있다.
