Seismic resistant anchor for outer wall of building and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to an earthquake-proof anchor for an outer wall of a building, capable of absorbing shocks or vibrations caused by an earthquake or the like without damage to the exterior of a building and firmly fixing an outer finishing material to an outer wall of the building by storing a head part, which is combined with one end of an anchor rod having the other end fixed in the outer wall of the building, in a storage groove on an outer surface of the outer finishing material, and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the earthquake-proof anchor, which is used to fix an outer finishing material constructed on the outer wall of a building, comprises: an anchor body fixed in an insertion hole bored on an outer wall of a building; an anchor rod inserted into the insertion hole to have one end fixedly combined with the anchor body, and have the other end located in a through hole formed on the outer finishing material; and a head part combined with the other end of the anchor rod and connected to the through hole of the outer finishing material to be stored in a storage groove formed on the outer surface of the outer finishing material.
본 발명은 일단이 건물 외벽 내부에 정착된 앵커로드의 타단에 결합되는 헤드부를 외부마감재 외측면의 수용홈에 수용함으로써, 외부마감재를 건물 외벽에 견고하게 고정할 수 있고 건물 외관을 해치지 않으며 지진 등으로 인한 진동이나 충격을 흡수할 수 있는 건물 외벽용 내진 앵커 및 이의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 건물 외벽용 내진 앵커는 건물 외벽에 시공되는 외부마감재를 고정하기 위한 것으로, 건물 외벽에 천공 형성되는 삽입홀의 내부에 정착되는 앵커체; 상기 삽입홀에 삽입되어 일단은 앵커체에 고정 결합되고, 타단은 외부마감재에 형성된 관통홀 내에 위치하는 앵커로드; 및 상기 앵커로드의 타단에 결합되는 것으로 상기 외부마감재의 관통홀과 연통되어 외부마감재의 외측면에 형성된 수용홈에 수용되는 헤드부; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
