The present invention relates to an apparatus for repairing a cracked portion of a concrete pavement, and a method for repairing a cracked portion of a concrete pavement using the same. According to the present invention, the method for repairing a cracked portion of a concrete pavement comprises: a repairing groove forming step (S100); a repairing groove and surrounding cleaning step (S200); a primer applying step (S300); a repairing unit inserting and fixing step (S400); a repairing liquid injecting/applying step (S500); a surface grinding step (S600); and a surface finishing step (S700). According to the present invention, the costs and time for defect repair can be minimized.
본 발명은 콘크리트가 포장도로에 발생 된 균열 부위에 대해 인적, 물적 자원의 투입을 대폭 절감할 수 있음과 동시에 신속한 차량 통행의 정상화가 될 수 있도록 하는 콘크리트 포장도로의 균열부위 보수용 보수장치 및 그 보수장치를 이용한 콘크리트 포장도로의 균열부위 보수방법에 관한 것으로, 천공장치(100)를 이용하여 콘크리트 포장도로의 균열부위(50)를 중심으로 사선방향으로 관통시켜 형성하거나 또는 절단장치(200)를 이용하여 균열부위(50)를 가로지르면서 일정간격의 폭으로 절단 후 폭 내부의 콘크리트를 굴토 하고 '-'형 또는 'ㄷ'형의 보수유닛(300) 고정 및 보수액(80)을 주입할 수 있는 보수 홈(60)을 형성하는 보수 홈 형성단계(S100)와, 상기 보수 홈(60) 형성 후 보수 홈 과정에서 발생 되었던 입자 및 분말을 수압 및 공압을 이용하여 보수 홈 및 그 주변을 청소하는 보수 홈 주변 청소단계(S200)와, 상기 보수 홈(60) 및 그 주변을 청소 후 보수 홈(60) 및 그 주변에 프라이머(70)를 도포하는 프라이머 도포단계(S300)와, 상기 프라이머(70)을 도포한 보수 홈(60)의 내부에 '-'형 또는 'ㄷ'형의 보수유닛(300)을 삽입고정하는 보수유닛 삽입고정단계(S400)와, 상기 보수 홈(60) 및 그 주변을 청소 후 보수 홈(60)의 내부에 보수액(80)을 주입 내지 도포하는 보수액 주입/도포단계(S500)와, 상기 보수액 주입 후 그 주변의 표면을 굴곡이 없도록 면 갈이를 하는 표면 갈이 단계(S600)와, 상기 표면 갈이 후 균열부위의 내부에 실란트를 주입하여 표면을 마무리하는 표면 마무리단계(S700)로 이루어진다.
