Retaining wall block and gravity type retaining wall using the same
The present invention provides a retaining wall block, which comprises: a hexahedral block body portion; a binding protrusion portion protruding from one side of an upper surface of the block body portion; a binding groove portion formed on one side of a lower surface of the block body portion to face both sides, and internally formed in a longitudinal direction; and lifting groove portions, respectively formed internally on one side of both sides of the block body portion. The retaining wall blocks according to the present invention can interlock with each other for solid connection construction, have excellent structural stability by forming a structure with reinforced upper, lower left and right coupling. Therefore, the retaining wall structure can be stably maintained even when an earth pressure is concentrated locally or when an earthquake occurs. The retaining wall block according to the present invention is manufactured using a concrete composition containing non-fired cement and a capsule material so as to be eco-friendly, and has excellent strength and durability so as to be used stably for a long time.
본 발명은 육면체 형상의 블록본체부; 상기 블록본체부의 상면 일측에 돌출 형성되는 결속돌부; 상기 블록본체부의 하면 일측에 양측면을 향하도록 길이방향으로 내입 형성되는 결속홈부; 및 상기 블록본체부의 양쪽 측면 일측에 각각 내입 형성된 인양홈부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 옹벽 블록을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 옹벽 블록은 손쉽게 서로 맞물리도록 하여 견고한 연결 시공이 가능하며, 상하좌우측 결합이 강화된 구조를 형성하여 구조적 안정성이 우수하여 토압이 국부적으로 집중되는 경우, 또는 지진이 발생되는 경우에도 안정적으로 옹벽 구조를 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 옹벽 블록은 비소성 시멘트 및 캡슐제를 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물을 이용해 제조함에 따라 친환경적이고, 강도 및 내구성이 우수하여 장시간 안정적으로 사용할 수 있다.
