Double insulation structure of building exterior wall and construction method
The present invention relates to a method for constructing double insulation after a foundation concrete outer wall surface of a building is completed, and a construction structure thereof and, more specifically, to a method which firstly constructs a contact insulation material on a concrete wall surface of an outer surface of a building, constructs an anchor bolt on the concrete wall surface while penetrating into the contact insulation material, fixes fixed hardware by using the anchor bolt, stacks an insulation finishing material integrated with the insulation material and stone on an upper portion of the fixed hardware, fixes the fixed hardware to an upper portion of the insulation finishing material again, and fixes a direct connection piece so as to penetrate into an insertion reinforcing material coupled to the insulation finishing material by using a fixing hole of the fixed hardware, thereby reducing construction time and manpower, improving insulation efficiency, obtaining a solid construction state, and obtaining a high heat transmission coefficient.
본 발명의 건축물의 기초 콘크리트 외벽면을 완성한 후 이중단열을 시공하는 방법과 그 시공구조에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로는 건축물의 외면 콘크리트 벽면에 접촉단열재를 먼저 시공하고, 접촉단열재를 관통하면서 앵커볼트를 콘크리트 벽면에 시공한 후 앵커볼트를 이용하여 고정철물을 고정하며, 고정철물의 상부에 단열재와 석재가 일체로 된 단열마감재를 적층하고, 단열마감재의 상부에 다시 고정철물을 고정하되, 고정철물의 고정구멍을 이용하여 단열마감재에 결합된 삽입보강재를 관통하도록 직결피스를 고정하는 방법으로서, 시공시간과 인력 등을 줄이면서도 단열효율의 향상과 견고한 시공상태를 얻을 수 있으면서 높은 열관류율을 얻을 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 한다.
