The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing parking of non-disabled people in a section for disabled people, which comprises a main body part (10) forming a bump for preventing an entry of a vehicle. The apparatus for preventing parking of non-disabled people in a section for disabled people is installed outdoors, charges power by using a solar panel, and identifies the vehicle (200) attached with a disabled person identifying tag device (210). Also, the apparatus for preventing parking of non-disabled people in a section for disabled people comprises a device guiding a vehicle without the disabled person identifying tag device (210) to prevent the vehicle from parking in the section for disabled people by communicating through wireless communication and generating warning sound and lights when the vehicle enters the section for disabled people without permission.
본 발명은 장애인전용 구역의 비장애인 주차 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 자동차의 진입을 방지하기 위한 방지턱을 형성하는 본체부(10)를 구비하고, 야외에 설치하여 태양광 패널을 이용하여 전원을 충전하여 장애인식별 테그장치(210)를 부착한 자동차(200)를 인식하고, 상기 장애인식별 테그장치(210)를 부착하지 않은 자동차가 장애인전용 주차 구역에 무단 진입시 무선통신을 통하여 교신하여 경고음 및 조명을 발생하여 주차를 방지할 수 있도록 안내하는 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
