A unit-type underground heat exchanger according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of geothermal heat exchange units installed on a wall or a floor of an underground space of a building unit by unit; and a unit assembly that is coupled to the plurality of geothermal heat exchange units such that the plurality of geothermal heat exchange units disposed adjacent to each other can be coupled to each other.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 유닛형 지중열교환기는, 유닛단위로 건물의 지하공간의 벽체 또는 바닥에 설치되는 복수의 지열교환유닛; 및 인접하게 배치된 복수의 지열교환유닛이 상호 간에 결합되게, 복수의 지열교환유닛에 결합되는 단위조립체를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
