A boundary block includes: a main body opened to one side while forming a space therein; a waste filler inserted into the inner space of the main body; a fixed plate coupled to a lower end in a direction of an opening of the main body among an outer side surface in a longitudinal direction of the main body to protrude along the longitudinal direction; a coupling protrusion configured on a lower end in the direction of the opening of the main body among a front surface in the longitudinal direction of the main body in a protruding shape; and a coupling groove configured on the lower end in the direction of the opening of the main body among a back surface in the longitudinal direction of the main body in a dented shape so that the coupling protrusion is embedded and coupled.
