The present invention relates to a concrete rooftop waterproof construction method, which can prevent water or moisture from permeating into concrete by waterproofing a roof or rooftop built with concrete while preventing a rooftop from being cracked by a temperature difference between night and day and sufficiently bearing a load. To this end, the concrete rooftop waterproof construction method comprises the steps of: applying a quick setting waterproof solution to a roof or rooftop built with concrete for waterproofing; applying an insulation mixture, in which 40-60 wt% of sawdust, 20-40 wt% of sand and 10-30 wt% of cement are mixed properly, to the top of the quick setting waterproof solution; applying a wire mesh plastered to bear a load and cement mortar to the top of the insulation mixture; and applying a waterproofing mixture, which is made by mixing a waterproofing solution, sand and cement with water to the top of the cement mortar. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing a rooftop from being cracked by a temperature difference between night and day and sufficiently bearing a load as well as waterproofing the rooftop.
본 발명은 콘크리트 옥상 방수시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게 설명하면 콘크리트로 건축된 지붕 또는 옥상에 방 수시공을 하여 물이나 수분이 콘크리트에 스며들지 않도록 방수함과 동시에 밤낮의 기온차에 의한 옥상의 균열을 방지하 고 하중을 충분히 견디도록, 콘크리트로 건축된 지붕이나 옥상에 방수용으로 도포하는 급결방수액과, 그 위에 톱밥40~60 중량%, 모래20~40중량%, 시멘트10~30중량%를 잘 섞은 단열혼합물과, 상기 단열혼합물 위에 하중을 견디도록 미장하는 철망, 시멘트모르타르와, 상기 시멘트모르타르위에 도포되는 방수혼합물 즉 방수액, 모래, 시멘트를 물과 혼합하여 미장하 도록 구성된 것으로, 옥상의 방수는 물론 밤낮의 기온차에 의한 옥상의 균열을 방지하고 하중을 충분히 견디도록 한 것이 특징이다.
