According to the present invention, disclosed is a method of manufacturing a fire-resistant filler of a door. The present invention can manufacture a filler which is a metal material, and in which a support part is formed to provide an air circulation passage as well as repetitively protruding to be mutually adjacent while keeping a predetermined distance in directions of a first face and a second face opposite to the first face. Accordingly, a support force to front and rear panels of a door increases through the application of the filler to the inside of the door, heat-resisting performance can be improved while maintaining a light weight, and damage to lives and assets is minimized by slowing down the spread of a fire.
본 발명은 도어의 내화 충진재 제조방법을 개시한다. 이러한 본 발명은 금속재로서 제 1 면 및 제 1 면과 반대되는 제 2 면 방향으로 일정간격을 유지하면서 상호 인접하게 반복 돌출됨은 물론 공기 순환로를 제공하는 지지부가 형성되는 충진재를 제작한 것이고, 이에 따라 충진재를 도어 내부에 적용시 도어의 전,후면 패널에 대한 지지력을 높이고, 가벼운 중량을 유지하면서도 내열 성능을 향상시킬 수 있음은 물론, 화재의 확산 속도를 늦춰 인명 및 재산 피해를 최소화하는 것이다.
